Jessica your blog looks great with this makeover --- everything looks wonderful on the white background and the picture at the top is great too. as for me, I need a new haircut ...

Thanks for all the posts and hope for more to come

I've just run into your blog, found it was really great (meaning: it suits my own tastes and adds a few surprises along the way of discovery) and upon reading your profile I was really flabbergasted: you are 21? Jee, this is what I call precociousness, or living ahead of one's days :-) In good cheer, please take these as words of thanks, 'cause that's what they are - it's a beautiful blog.

D: I was mainly adding that tag in case anybody else would find it hard to make out what the voice repeatedly whispers in track #5 (it took some seriously hardcore researching skills to figure out, I tell you).
Also, thank you for the layout feedback; I felt the need for a clean-up, the header image might still be subject to change, but Duchamp's descent down a staircase should be a little more fitting with the blog title.

AM: thank you for your kind words, really. Promoting free-spiritedness since 1988! (OK, not quite, I'm embarrassed to admit that I've had my boyband days as well)

V: lass' uns doch das Lied aus "Ren & Stimpy" anstimmen, falls dir das geläufig sein sollte :-D

Cool! I stopped by just in time. I've been collecting all the Raster-Norton records I can find since I was last here. My cousin and his friends have been busy making mixes with the likes of the KNife and Crystal Castles, they even got a club to let them in and Dj during the week. My computer's not loading right tonight so I can't see Duchamp's descent but it sounds like the new clean look is going good here. Cheers Jessica! Thank you for the beets . . . I mean beats.

Long time since my last visit.... There were a gap between your posts in that time. It is great to notice you are back! Please, keep on with this nice space!

You need to be more in-depth about those boyband days _)

Hey Jessica,

mad props for your blogs. I have derived much pleasure from them. Could you, if you happen to have some time and a vague feeling of goodwill for a stranger on the internetz, perhaps reupload this mix? I am dying to hear the Anna Karina (<3 4eva) track in particular!

Hey Hela,
you're the one who recently approached me on Flickr, right? I dunno, it's kind of relieving to see that someone enjoys my photographs.
The Anna Karina bit is actually just a short sample from Pierrot le Fou, and I put it in here for personal reasons. I hope to get it up again, my upload speed is pretty deficient but I'll gladly notify you via Flickr when it's done, cause communication on Blogspot kind of sucks, I'm afraid.

Kind regards & thanks again,
j.

Hi Jessica, I think I just assumed my comment would be ignored. Well, thank you so, so much! I am planning to follow your example and take more pictures and upload them on flicr. Grüße aus der Pfalz!
